Canada Cup: Sunday Update Saturday, May 16, 2009 The women’s division, which began today at the Canada Cup features 5 teams from 5 different cities including Minneapolis, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg and Toronto. The majority of the floorball players in the women’s division are high-level hockey players who have taken up the sport in the off-season. Taylor Hood led the OFSAA Girls Invitational in points with seven, scoring six in the round robin and one goal in the final. Her team Blessed Trinity Thunder won the championship by defeating the Sherwood Saints in the final.
